Identifying Business Needs
Jumping into outsourcing blindly is the most common mistake businesses make. Week one focuses on getting clear about your business needs and what tasks will make the biggest impact when outsourced.
WEEK 2
Planning & Advertiing
We use the areas identified during week one to develop a position description and start advertising for the role you are planning to outsource. We prepare everything need during the application process including a written interview.
WEEK 3
Assessing and Shortlisting
You will learn a straight forward way to review and shortlist your applicants based on their resumes and written interview questions. Once you have narrowed down your applicants, we get to hold the interviews using Skype.
WEEK 4
Hiring and On-boarding
You have found your perfect applicant! You get to hire, on-board and train your new team member and start handing over tasks to get them off your plate. Its time to start focusing on growing your business.
